What do you tell people you do?
I work as an office manager at a strategic design and development agency, where my work mostly focuses on overseeing operations on-site and supporting my team in whichever way they need. Similar to teachers, office managers wear many hats. You may observe me liaising with contractors, proofreading client documents, and scrubbing the kitchen baseboards all in a thirty-minute timespan. Overall, I strive to make our office a space where any visitor gets a mood-boost, where clients enjoy collaborating, and where the unbelievably talented people who make us One are able to create their best work yet.

What did you do before you arrived?
I was a Chicago Public Schools teacher!

What do you bring to ODC beyond your OM skills?
I bring a deep understanding of how people learn, along with skills to put the theories into practice.
